How we run a mechanical project

  • Site survey and load calculation — equipment sized for the building and for Colorado altitude.
  • Equipment selection and submittals — options with efficiency, lead times and rebate eligibility laid out.
  • Permits and coordination — mechanical and electrical permits, and coordination with GCs, building managers and inspectors.
  • Installation and start-up — clean installs, refrigerant piping to manufacturer spec, controls set up and tested.
  • Close-out — warranty registration, documentation and rebate submissions.
