Mountain Energy Launch Promotion

These rules apply to all Mountain Energy Project rebates at Red Cliff (81649).
You Must Have
- Active Xcel Energy natural gas service at the Red Cliff property
- Existing gas equipment being replaced by the new system
- Equipment invoiced and installed on or after Dec. 15, 2025
- New qualifying equipment — no used, leased, or pre-owned
- Full removal of old gas equipment certified by customer + contractor
Early Replacement Requirements
- Existing equipment must be 10 years old or less
- Equipment must be operational at time of removal
- Both customer and contractor must certify operational status
- Manufacturer, model, and serial number of old equipment required
- Xcel Energy may conduct a random inspection to verify
Not Eligible
- Electric-only customers (no Xcel natural gas service)
- Equipment currently using electricity as its fuel source
- Gas boiler upgrades where hydronic baseboard distribution is present
- Rebates exceeding actual equipment + labor costs
- Duplicate rebates under another Xcel Energy program
Rebate Caps
- Maximum rebate equals the lesser of the stated amount or your actual project cost
- Total from all rebate sources (Xcel + state + local) cannot exceed total project cost
- Rebates are paid on a first-come, first-served basis — funding is limited
- Program terms subject to change — verify current amounts before committing
